C++ Developer / Prop Trading / $200k Chicago

One of the most prestigious Prop Trading firms in Chicago is searching for a brilliant low level C++ candidate to join their Front Office IT group. The right candidate for this role will have an opportunity work directly with the Traders and Quants on implementing new features and functionality to the current trading system components that interact with exchanges.

The requirements for this role are:
Experience in low level C++ programming of real time systems
Experience with multithreading and socket programming
Past exposure to TCP/IP
Experience with connectivity and exchanges is highly desired
Masters Degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution is a plus
