Seeking a highly talented C++ / C# real time system software developer with extensive experience in hedge fund to join a fast-paced world-class software development team in Chicago.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the equivalent of 5+ years of experience in the relevant field and be able to co-exist among very seasoned professionals. We are seeking smart, fast, driven developers who are on top of their game.

You will be developing Front to back futures trading system, Trade capture,OMS, Settlements, Execution Systems, Order Routing systems. They have a standing architecture in place so you will be helping to get the code into production. You will be expect to have very strong C++/ Socket programming with FIX being a big plus. They also need a C# GUI expert to build front end.


* Writing Network/server code C++ / C# for the trading system.
* VC++ windows and C# for trader interface
* Writing low latency high speed server code. C++ and C# .NET / WPF/ WCF
* Design, develop and document application and framework code in C/C++ on Windows/Unix platforms.
* Python is a major plus

Skills:
* Knowledge of FIX.
* Strong object-oriented design and C/C++/STL programming skills
* In-depth working knowledge of threading and network/socket programming.
* Experience with agile development methodologies.
* Small hedge fund or technology firm experience building systems from scratch
