Quality Assurance Director - Antibody Production Pilot Plant - Pharmaceutical Industry

A leading Biopharmaceutical Manufacturer is looking for a Quality Director for their pilot plant. The Quality Director will report into the company's Sr. Director of Quality and will be responsible for the quality operations at the new plant. The pilot plant will be involved in antibody production for the biopharmaceutical industry.

The Quality Assurance Director will be responsible for the quality functions of the biopharmaceutical pilot plant. The Quality Director will manage and mentor senior managers and manager level functional department heads within the plant. The Quality Director will ensure compliance to cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines. The Quality Assurance Director will be the principle quality assurance resource for the biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

The Quality Director requires the following experience:
-8-10 years experience in a senior quality assurance function.
-Must have experience in antibody production.
-Must have worked in a pilot plant or start up manufacturing environment.
-Must have a BS degree. Graduate degree in biological sciences or related field is preferable.
