C++/C# Principal Software Engineer 130k-140k

My client is a Start-up backed by a Multi Billion dollar company that is looking for a Principal Software Developer to support the Development team and ensure product is completed on time. Strong knowledge in the Medical Device area is desired. In this role the Software Engineer needs to be hands on as well as have a Management /Principal. Background.

The responsibilities and skills are as follows:
10 plus years experience in Software Development in Medical Devices
Manage 6-7 developers.
Develop Software architectures for Medical devices
Strong C/C++ skills
Real Time or soft real time Software Development
Strong project management skills you will be Developing and directing the software developers and then interfacing with Hardware Engineers.
Experience with Development tools (Rhapsody, Covarity, Clearcase and Clearquest
