Top-Teir Investment bank seeking to hire an experienced Crude Oil trader with the ability to grow their trading desk In Houston.

This is an exciting new role for an ambitious candidate who has the ability to grow an oil-trading desk. The successful candidate will trade Crude oil Physicals and or financials and will be responsible for the day to day running of the oil desk.
They will also develop new contacts and growth strategies for the desk.

They will have experience in the Crude Oil market, and possess a high degree of technical aptitude as the position entails model and methodology development, including modelling skills in Excel with VBA.

Candidates from large energy or producer companies are encouraged to apply.
Ideally the candidate will have a strong mathematical background and solid educational career. They should have a proven track in the energy sector, supported by at least two years of experience in energy markets and a solid understanding of the underlying.
