IT Security Engineer 100k-120k

My client is looking for a highly ambitious candidate to play a key role in an IT Security Engineer team.
The Requirements for this role are:
Design Information Technology (IT) security architecture as it relates to various areas of the security architecture. Must have a strong UNIX background.
Implement IT Security architecture methodologies, templates, processes, and procedures for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments
Lead the design and implementation of security solutions review the development, testing, and implementation of security plans, products, and controls. Perform vulnerability assessments on a wide range of applications and infrastructure architecture. Maintain awareness of existing and proposed security standards and Federal and State regulations while recommending appropriate changes to firm policy, standards, and procedures
Investigate and recommend corrective actions for information security incidentsYou will be responsible for developing and implementing security standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines for platforms and diverse systems to identify, assess and minimise risks pertaining to our corporate information.

In order to qualify all Security Engineer candidates should have knowledge:

CISSP, GIAC, C/EH
Network & Application Security
Vulnerability Assessments/Management
Firewall/Checkpoint
Redhat/Solaris
Router/Switches
UNIX
Audit ISO 17799, Cobit
