CS Graduate - Equity Trading Systems NY

Fantastic opportunity to join the Algo Trading desk of a Tier-1 Investment Bank. You will be responsible for developing Algorithmic Trading engines (benchmark strategies, tactical strategies, smart order routing, pairs trading etc) and frameworks. You will be using a mixture of Java and C++ on a Linux backend so you will need to be expert in one of these languages and willing to work in and learn the other.

The successful candidate for this role will be a self starter with strong analytical and technical skills. You will have superb communication/problem solving skills and will be comfortable with supporting a fast paced desk. You should have strong threading experience and be capable of developing complex high throughput/low latency mission critical applications. The right candidate for this role will also have experience within a Front Office group and will ideally have knowledge of either Equity, FX or Fixed Income markets.
