Technical Electrical Engineering Lead - NJ

Technical lead required for this award-winning company based in New Jersey. My client is urgently looking to hire an Electrical Engineering technical lead with previous management experience to join their growing team based in Princeton. You will be in a hands-on role, designing mixed signal analogue and digital hardware involving electrical engineering and mixed signal board level or system design. Any experience you have with small motors, infrared camera design or power switching would also al be relevant. In addition to your hands on design skills, you will also be managing a team of 6-8 people, managing their work load on different projects. The bulk of the projects you will be working on are military so any previous experience of military electronics would be an added benefit to your application.
